赛前,小学部各班同学在中、外籍教师的指导下,从筛选歌曲、准备伴奏及表演道具、舞台设计等各方面精心筹备,确保比赛顺利进行。

这次英语歌唱表演,我作为我们班的主唱兼领舞感到很激动也很骄傲。练习的过程中,我原本以为只要练好歌曲就好,但是没想到后面还要配合动作。一开始,我总是忘记动作,脑子里只想着下句歌词是什么?顾不上手上的动作。后来,我就想了一个办法,分开练习,跟动作的时候就认真记动作,多练习,熟悉到肌肉听到对应音乐就自动记忆。最后,再结合起来一起练,让妈妈帮我拍视频看看效果,不满意就重新来,反反复复一直到会。因为这样,我才能够很自信地表演完整首歌曲。同时,我也懂得了一个道理——台上一分钟,台下十年功。

      For this English singing performance, I am very excited and proud to be the lead singer and dancer of our class. During the practice, I originally thought that as long as I could practice the song well, but I didn't expect that I would have to coordinate with the movements. At first, I always forgot the movements and only thought about what the next line of lyrics was. I didn't pay attention to the movements in my hands. Later, I came up with a way to practice separately, paying close attention to the movements when practicing with the movements, practicing more, and familiarizing myself with the muscles so that they would automatically remember the corresponding music. Finally, I combined the practice together and asked my mom to help me take a video to see the effect. If I was not satisfied, I would start over again and repeat until I could do it. Because of this, I was able to confidently perform the entire song. At the same time, I also learned a lesson—one minute on the stage, ten years of hard work off the stage.

Hello,  大家好,我是5A的Andy王嘉佑。今天,我将为您讲述我的比赛感受。

在备赛期间,我们练习了很久,老师们对我们也进行了持续的指导,帮我们编排好节目,并帮我们安排适合我们的角色。练习的过程看似很漫长,又好像很快。从排练到上台,好像只是一眨眼的功夫。台下后场的我们不紧张......是不可能的!更何况,这次的比赛我们居然是压台!而我们几个男生还有特殊的表演。于是我表面不慌,心里暗戳戳揪成一团...不过幸好一切有条不紊地进行,没有意外,我们发挥得很稳。

最后,得第一名,还是靠团结!这是我们集体的力量!

        Hello, everyone, I am Andy Wang Jiayou from Class 5A. Today, I will tell you about my feelings during the competition.

During the preparation period, we practiced for a long time, and the teachers also provided us with continuous guidance, helping us arrange the program and assign roles suitable for us. The process of practice seemed very long, but also very fast. From rehearsal to the stage, it seemed like just a blink of an eye. We were not nervous backstage... it was impossible! Moreover, this time, we were the last act! And we had special performances. So I pretended not to be nervous, but in my heart, I was all tangled up... But fortunately, everything went smoothly, without any surprises, and we performed very steadily.

Finally, the first place is still based on unity! This is our collective strength!

通过这次的英文歌曲,我们知道了做事要努力,不能觉得难就放弃,要有毅力,学会坚持。在我们努力了那么久之后,轻言放弃就前功尽弃了。我们在台上时并没有想象中的紧张,我们把我们的情感都尽情释放。面对台下那么多观众,我们还是尽可能地放松,及时调整好状态。老师们全程陪伴我们排练,给我们建议和帮助,让我们的表演更加完整。我们能拿第一,是因为我们团结合作的结果,我们很为自己感到骄傲。当然,世上没有完美的事情。这次美中不足的是,歌曲串烧过渡时,我们的道具摆放太近,影响了后面的发挥; 我们在唱歌的时候声音不够大,下次我们会再大声一点。

       Through this English song, we know that we should work hard, we should not give up if we feel it is difficult, we should have perseverance and learn to persist. After we have worked so hard for so long, it would be a waste to give up lightly. We were not as nervous as we imagined when we were on the stage, and we released our emotions to the fullest. We tried our best to relax and adjust our state in front of so many audience members. Our teachers accompanied us throughout the rehearsal, gave us advice and help, and made our performance more complete. We were able to take the first place because of the result of our unity and cooperation. We are very proud of ourselves. Of course, there is no perfect thing in the world. The only thing that was not perfect this time was that our props were too close during the transition of the medley, which affected our performance. We were not loud enough when we were singing, and we will sing louder next time.

         通过参加此次英文歌唱比赛,孩子们不仅提高了自己的英语发音和口语能力,还增加了对英语文化的了解。对于大多数孩子而言,站在众人面前表演可能会感到紧张。但是,随着准备过程的深入和比赛的进行,他们逐渐克服恐惧,变得更加自信。同时,在这个过程中,孩子们学会了如何与他人协作,共同完成任务,这包括拍摄视频、分配角色、排练等。通过这样的活动,可以培养他们的团队精神和社会交往能力。最后,为了使表演更加出彩,孩子们会和老师们一起思考如何让自己的表演富有亮点,独具创意。我们在服装设计、舞台表现等方面做出独特尝试。这对于激发孩子们的创新思维也非常有帮助。

      Through participating in this English singing competition, children not only improved their English pronunciation and speaking skills, but also increased their understanding of English culture. For most children, performing in front of a crowd may feel nervous. However, as the preparation process deepened and the competition progressed, they gradually overcame their fears and became more confident. At the same time, in this process, children learned how to collaborate with others and complete tasks together, including filming videos, assigning roles, rehearsing, and so on. Through such activities, their team spirit and social communication skills can be cultivated. Finally, in order to make the performance more outstanding, children will work with teachers to think about how to make their performance more distinctive and creative. We make unique attempts in clothing design, stage performance, and so on. This is also very helpful in stimulating children's innovative thinking.

这次的英文歌曲比赛对我来说又是一次不小的挑战。Catch My Breath 这首歌去年我的六年级孩子有唱过,没想到机缘巧合之下今年这届六年级又选中了这首歌。于是这次我们想做出一些不一样的东西,让表演的形式更加多样。六年级的孩子们有丰富的想象力和创造力,同时也有很强的执行力,所以我们这次放手让孩子们自己去策划设计整个节目。这首歌传达了我们的心声。我们想通过表演,把我们的态度唱出来。孩子们贡献出不少灵感,我们也尊重并全力支持孩子们的想法。最后呈现出的舞台效果挺有意思,我们都玩得很开心。此外,团队合作也非常重要。很感谢我们所有人齐心协力,共同朝一个目标前进。

         This English song competition is another big challenge for me. Catch My Breath is a song that my sixth-grade child sang last year. I didn't expect that this year's sixth-grade class would choose this song by chance. So this time, we want to do something different and make the performance more diverse. The sixth-grade children have rich imagination and creativity, as well as strong execution ability, so we let the children plan and design the entire program themselves this time. This song conveys our hearts. We want to sing out our attitude through the performance. The children contributed a lot of inspiration, and we also respect and fully support the children's ideas. The final stage effect is quite interesting, and we all had a good time. In addition, teamwork is also very important. Thank you to all of us for working together towards a common goal.
