为持续推进法治教育常态化、系统化，全力构建法治、平安校园。台州康桥学校特邀法治副校长吕会鹏及相关警务人员入校，于2025年12月19日下午开展法制教育报告会。
To steadily advance the normalization and systematization of legal education, and fully build a law-abiding and safe campus, Taizhou Kangchiao School specially invited Mr. Lü Huipeng, the school’s legal vice principal, and relevant police officers to the campus to deliver a legal education lecture on the afternoon of December 19, 2025.
学校德育副校长杨国德对法治副校长吕会鹏的到来表示热烈欢迎，并强调：“平安校园需要法治护航，健康成长离不开法律相伴。呼吁全体师生将法治精神内化于心、外化于行。”
Yang Guode, Vice Principal of Moral Education, extended a warm welcome to Legal Vice Principal Lü Huipeng, and emphasized: "A safe campus needs the protection of the rule of law, and healthy growth cannot be separated from the companionship of law. I urge all teachers and students to internalize the spirit of the rule of law in mind and externalize it in action."
本次报告会分三个部分，首先由法治副校长吕会鹏开场报告，再由李警官和陈警官结合真实案例与法律条文展开分享，为同学们上了一堂生动而深刻的法治课。
The lecture was divided into three parts: first, Legal Vice Principal Lü Huipeng delivered the opening speech; then Police Officers Li and Chen shared insights combining real cases with legal provisions, giving students a vivid and profound lesson on the rule of law.
李警官详细解析了当前常见的电信诈骗手段，包括演唱会门票代购诈骗、冒充熟人、低价游戏账号交易陷阱。她提醒同学们：不轻信、不转账、不泄露个人信息，遇到可疑情况及时与老师、家长或警方联系。
Police Officer Li elaborated on common current telecom fraud methods in detail, including concert ticket scalping scams, impersonating acquaintances, and low-price game account transaction traps. She reminded the students: "Do not trust easily, do not make transfers, and do not disclose personal information; contact your teachers, parents or the police in a timely manner if you encounter suspicious situations."
陈警官针对毒品、管制刀具等违禁物品进行案例分享，并重点介绍《治安管理处罚法》的相关规定，呼吁同学们自觉抵制不良诱惑，践行“爱国、敬业、诚信、友善”的价值观，共同维护校园纯净环境。
Police Officer Chen shared cases related to prohibited items such as drugs and controlled knives, highlighted the relevant provisions of the Public Security Administration Punishments Law, and urged students to consciously resist harmful temptations, practice the core values of "patriotism, dedication, integrity and friendliness", and jointly safeguard the pure environment of the campus.
报告会尾声，学校高中部雷亨亮主任结合身边事例进行总结发言。希望同学们以此次讲座为契机，做一名有责任感、有法律意识的康桥学子。共同营造文明、和谐、安全的校园环境。
At the end of the lecture, Director Lei Hengliang from the Senior High Department of the school delivered a concluding speech with real-life examples around us. He hoped that the students would take this lecture as an opportunity to become responsible Kangchiao students with a strong sense of law, and work together to create a civilized, harmonious and safe campus environment.
通过此次会议，康桥学子不仅了解了法律知识，更增强了辨别是非和自我保护的能力。法治的种子已在心中悄然播下，护航他们走向更加光明、安全的未来。
Through this lecture, the students of Kangchiao not only gained legal knowledge, but also enhanced their ability to distinguish right from wrong and protect themselves. The seeds of the rule of law have been quietly sown in their hearts, escorting them toward a brighter and safer future.
