When home and school work together, we can move forward steadily and go far.On March 21, Taizhou Kangchiao School held its Spring Parent-Teacher Conference.Through the joint efforts of home and school, we drew a clear blueprint for children’s growth and built a solid bridge for home-school collaboration.
小学部班亲会首次采用一对二/三的深度面谈形式，打破了传统集中式家长会的局限，以更具针对性的深度沟通。可与各学科老师面对面，细致拆解孩子的课堂表现、学习亮点与目标方向，精准把握每一个成长细节。
For the first time, the Parent-Teacher Meeting for the Primary School adopted an in-depth one-on-two/three interview format, breaking away from the limitations of traditional centralized meetings and enabling more targeted and in-depth communication.Parents can talk face-to-face with subject teachers, who will carefully analyze children’s classroom performance, academic strengths and future goals, so as to precisely grasp every detail of their growth.
在特色英语课程的面谈环节，中师与外师共同驻场。针对每一位学生的特点，聚焦英文语言基础、口语表达、课堂互动等方面展开解读，细致拆解孩子的词汇积累、语法掌握、听说读写能力的全方位提升路径。
During the special English course interviews, Chinese and foreign teachers were present together.Based on each student’s characteristics, they explained their English foundation, oral expression and classroom interaction, and carefully analyzed the all-round development path for vocabulary, grammar, listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

中学英语学习中心郭校长在会前，强调了家校同频的重要性，呼吁家长与学校携手，以科学的教育理念、精准的成长规划，陪伴孩子走过中学关键的成长阶段，最终实现学业与人格的双重卓越。
At the beginning of the meeting, Principal Guo from the Secondary English Learning Center emphasized the importance of home-school coordination.He called on parents to work together with the school, adopt scientific education concepts and precise growth plans, accompany children through the critical secondary school years, and ultimately achieve excellence in both academics and character.
随后，在各班母班教室内，班主任们围绕班级整体学风建设、学生的日常表现、学业进度进行全面分享，与家长们深入探讨孩子的学习状态、心理变化与成长困惑，同步后续班级的教学计划与目标。
Later, in each homeroom, homeroom teachers gave a comprehensive overview of class atmosphere, daily performance and academic progress.They discussed in depth with parents about students’ learning status, mental changes and growth puzzles, and shared the subsequent teaching plans and goals of the class.
在一对一交流环节，针对学生的薄弱学科，任课老师根据日常作业、周测月考的学情分析，面对面剖析短板，为家长定制个性化的补弱方案，家校同频发力攻克学习难点，稳步提升。
During the one-on-one meetings, subject teachers analyzed students’ weak areas face-to-face based on daily assignments and weekly test results.They provided customized improvement plans for parents, so that home and school can work together to overcome learning difficulties and achieve steady progress.
本次中学英语学习中心还特设郭校长升学指导专属环节，为中学卓扬班学子的升学规划提供专业引领，清晰掌握孩子未来发展方向，为升学之路做好充分准备。
